Urman Enterprises’ beginnings in Arizona started with a 35-acre Mesa custom home lot development in 1991. Throughout the past 15 years, Urman has, not only, greatly increased the size and scope of its residential projects, but has broadened its portfolio to include commercial and industrial projects.

The rapidly growing area of Peoria has been the site of Urman Enterprises’ 264-townhome development, Peoria Estates, to be completed in Spring 2006. This gated community’s convenient location, less than two miles from the Loop 101 Freeway, features four floor plans ranging from 1,360 to 1,630 square feet. Each plan includes a two-car garage, covered patio, tile roof, cultured-marble bathroom counters, 10-foot ceilings, a fire sprinkler system and dual-pane windows and sliding doors.

The Townhouses at Newcastle residential development in Chandler began as a subdivision in the 1980s, before Urman Enterprises purchased the land in the mid-90s. Once in their possession, Urman employed architects and designers to completely remodel the community’s interiors to reflect a more distinctive and modern style. The two- and three-bedroom town homes, ranging in size from 1,185 to 1,294 square feet feature covered patios, tile roofs, ceramic-tile entries and dual-pane windows. The purchase and remodel of this approximate 205-unit community was a complete success, with the entire development being sold within six months of its completion! Urman Enterprises’ attention to detail in design, while getting the most for the size and price, has made the town home market a very successful venture. With the emphasis on creating a lifestyle, while offering buyers affordable housing in a desirable neighborhood, Urman continues to build communities designed with the buyer in mind.

In 1998, Urman Enterprises purchased land to develop two multi-tenant industrial buildings in the Scottsdale Airpark. At approximately 60,000 square feet combined, Urman Enterprises built, leased and managed the two buildings. To best utilize the space available, Urman Enterprises became an innovator in their industry, creating a second story office-only space, with the installation of smaller office suites comprising approximately 3,000 square feet . With a more compact space and lower price, these second story suites have, and continue to, lease extremely well.

Urman Enterprises looked to the Industrial Park in Deer Valley for the purchase and development of four industrial buildings. These four buildings, totaling 110,000 square feet of multi-tenant office/warehouse space, mirror the layout and design of the Scottsdale Airpark’s buildings but offer an additional feature of an elevator for the second story office-only suites.
